All in-store purchases may be returned within 14 days as long as the item is unused and in it's original packaging. Please understand that we are a small business and every product unsellable is a huge loss for us but we recognize there are times when things do not work out.
The only exceptions to this are Leader and Trustworth products, which carry a satisfaction guarantee and may be returned if you are unhappy within one year from date of purchase.
Original sales receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. If a sales receipt is not present, only a store credit will be issued.
All qualified returns will be refunded through the same form of payment as it was purchased.
All coupons are one time submission only and becomes void if the product is returned. Coupons for exchanges are valid as long as the same product type is exchanged. For example, a small compression hosiery maybe exchanged for a medium one as long as the original item prices were the same.

All sales made through GoodPill Website are final. However, if the items arrive damaged or defective, GoodPill will refund the purchase price* or will exchange the products. If returning at store, proof of purchase is required for refund or exchange.
All Leader branded products carry a Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the product, just return it to 17177 Pines Blvd., Pembroke Pines, FL 33027 for exchange or refund*. We also offer a one year warranty on all Leader products.

You must fill a minimum number of maintenance medications to qualify for the VIP Program. The minimum requirements may change at anytime based on demand of VIP membership.
The program also tracks how often you take your medicines. An 80% compliance is required to maintain active status. If compliance drops below, the pharmacist may talk to you and your doctor about changing the medication regimen to increase compliance or the member may be placed on a watch-list that can be a precursor to disqualification if not rectified.
Once enrolled in the program, the minimum requirements stays the same for the member as long as the membership is active.
VIP program runs from January 1-December 31. Current members are renewed automatically as long as the conditions are met. GoodPill VIP is a rewards program and do not cost any money to join or be part of.
Not meeting the conditions will lead to disqualification from the program and may not be renewed after expiration. Once disqualified, there is a three month waiting period and meet the new minimum requirements before you can enroll again.
The VIP program entitles the household to 10% off every non-prescription items bought from Goodpill. Products not stocked by GoodPill can be ordered and made available based on the customer needs. All special orders also qualify for 10% and FREE Delivery.
A maximum of three stickers are given for every qualifying VIP member.
Proof of VIP membership must be shown to qualify for discount if no prescription medications are picked up.
Premium delivery entitles VIP members with unlimited deliveries for OTC and prescription items. VIP members also receive FREE assembly of medical supplies purchased through GoodPill. Some exclusions may apply.
Special request needs to be made for customized packaging. Talk to the pharmacist regarding which option works for you.
Only limited number of VIP memberships are available and the program may close at anytime. A waiting list will be made available for those interested to join. Goodpill reserves the right to change the terms or cancel VIP membership at any time for any reason.
*In most cases, the product return will be less shiping and handling and will be the responsibility of the buyer to ensure proper return of the item.
